I am really trying to understand this whole Kerala Ayurveda Gestatone thing. A couple of months ago, I found out I was pregnant and it was such a surprise! I’ve always been interested in Ayurveda, and my mom used to swear by Kerala Ayurveda products, especially for women’s health. So, now that I am expecting, I've been thinking about how to support my body through this huge change. Recently, I heard about Kerala Ayurveda Gestatone and how it’s supposed to help with pregnancy health. But honestly, I keep wondering, like, does it actually work? My doc said I should watch what I take, but I’m also curious about what natural things can help. My mornings are so rough – nausea that seems never-ending and tiredness that just won't quit. I read that Gestatone could help with some of these issues?? Even talked to a few friends, and they said they had good experiences, but I don’t know if it’s for everyone or just a few lucky ones. Anybody tried Kerala Ayurveda Gestatone and can share what it did for them? Like, I really want to know if it helped with energy or nausea or anything specific that you've noticed, because I could really use a boost!
