I am feeling kinda lost with my health lately. A few months ago, I started having these awful throat issues, like a constant sore throat and that annoying dry cough that just won’t go away. Doctor after doctor just kept giving me antibiotics, but nothing seemed to help long-term. I read somewhere that Baidyanath Khadiradi Bati could do miracles for throat problems, especially with that kind of irritating dryness and inflammation. I actually tried it for about a week and noticed a bit of relief, but then it seemed to flatten out, ya know? I’m not sure if I was supposed to take it longer or if maybe I didn’t take it right? 🙄 I still feel like something’s off, like there's this lingering discomfort. Also, should I be taking it with something specific? Like hot water or honey? I dunno, there’s so much info out there about Baidyanath Khadiradi Bati that it can get overwhelming.
