The pain in the hands and feet, especially when lifting weight, along with weakness, could indicate an imbalance in the Vata dosha in Ayurveda, which governs movement and nervous system function. This condition may be linked to poor circulation, nerve weakness, or even muscle fatigue. To help manage these symptoms, Ayurveda recommends focusing on balancing Vata by incorporating warming, grounding foods and practices. You can benefit from regular oil massages with warm sesame oil, as this helps improve circulation, strengthen muscles, and calm the nervous system. Additionally, incorporating herbal remedies like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Guggul can support muscle strength and reduce weakness. A balanced diet rich in healthy fats, protein, and adequate hydration, along with gentle physical activity like yoga, can also support your body's overall vitality and reduce these discomforts. If the condition persists or worsens, it's advisable to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for a more personalized treatment plan.

Lagta hai ki aap jo pain aur weakness mehsoos kar rahe ho, wo aapke doshas ke imbalance ki wajeh se ho sakta hai. According to Ayurveda, Vata dosha, especially when out of balance, can lead to issues like pain and weakness in the body. Agar nhin dekha to, musibat aur badh sakti hai. Ek cheez jo aap try kar sakte ho, wo hai apni diet mein thoda modification. Khana zyada tamsik aur dry na ho. Ghee aur til ke tel ka istemal aap kar sakte hain, kyunki ye vata ko pacify karte hain aur energy provide karte hain. Khichdi, oats, aur dhal jaisi easily digestible foods lena utna beneficial ho sakta. Thande pani ka istemal avoid karen and garam pani se nahana bhi try kare. Regularly light physical exercise, jaise walking or simple stretching, is bhi fayda kar sakti hai without overburdening yourself with heavy weights. Abhyanga, yaani body massage with warm oil like sesame or almond oil, can greatly help to soothe your nerves and reduce pain. Ye kam se kam hafte mein do baar karna behtar rahega. Shayad aapki agni yani digestive fire low ho apko dikkat aa sakti hai. Isse strong karne ke liye ginger or cumin jaisa apna sakte hain. Ginger tea bana kar din mein do baar peete rahen, it'll help to kindle your digestive fire. And don't underestimate rest and sleep. It's ka bhi bohot role hai weakness tackle karne mein. Neend fully hona boht zaroori hai. Agar ye pain bohot severe ho raha hai, especially with any swelling or fever, toh jyada delay na karein. Professional medical help lena aapke liye zaroori ho sakta hai, because safety first, always! Remember, changes take time, toh patience rakhna jaruri hai. But these suggestions will help you stay on the path to getting better.
