Ek cheez jo aap try kar sakte ho, wo hai apni diet mein thoda modification. Khana zyada tamsik aur dry na ho. Ghee aur til ke tel ka istemal aap kar sakte hain, kyunki ye vata ko pacify karte hain aur energy provide karte hain. Khichdi, oats, aur dhal jaisi easily digestible foods lena utna beneficial ho sakta.

Thande pani ka istemal avoid karen and garam pani se nahana bhi try kare. Regularly light physical exercise, jaise walking or simple stretching, is bhi fayda kar sakti hai without overburdening yourself with heavy weights.

Abhyanga, yaani body massage with warm oil like sesame or almond oil, can greatly help to soothe your nerves and reduce pain. Ye kam se kam hafte mein do baar karna behtar rahega.
