I am really struggling with weight loss lately. I’ve tried numerous diets and workout plans, and although I know they should work, it feels like I’m just spinning my wheels. I’ve heard you can mix it with water or even add honey, but no idea how much or when to drink it. Like, is there a best time? I mean, I tried some in the morning with water a few days ago, but honestly, the taste nearly made me gag!! Also, someone said you shouldn’t drink it straight, which makes sense but now I’m confused.
