I am really trying to figure out this whole beetroot juice thing for skin whitening. A few weeks ago, I started feeling like my skin looks dull and uneven, basically just not glowing like it used to. I did some reading and saw that beetroot juice might help?? So, I bought a couple of beetroots and started juicing them every morning. But here's the thing—I have no idea how many days to drink beetroot juice for skin whitening to actually see any difference! Like, am I supposed to do this for a week, a month, or what?? Also, sometimes I feel like I’m not doing it right because I read somewhere that it takes time to show results. My friend said she saw changes in her skin after just a week, but that makes me wonder, how many days to drink beetroot juice for skin whitening actually makes it effective?? Trying to figure out if I should be patient or just change my routine if I don’t see any results soon. Feeling confused with all the info out there!! Any advise would really help. Thank you!
