I am dealing with this really weird issue with my lips, like they’ve turned super dark and it’s kinda freakin me out. I saw my friend had similar darkening and she found out it’s linked to some deficiencies, but I don't know exactly what deficiency causes dark lips. I mean, I've been trying to eat healthier than before, but maybe I'm still missing something important? Last week, I went to the doctor and they mentioned something about iron or maybe B vitamins, but they didn’t dig too deep. It's not just the color, but sometimes I feel this dryness, like no amount of lip balm can help. And I’ve noticed even my skin tone is a bit uneven these days. I read somewhere that dehydration can also play a role, but mine has been fine... I think! Honestly, I’m just confused about what deficiency causes dark lips and if it’s serious or if there are natural remedies or ayurvedic things I can do? Anyone else experienced this or have tips on what to focus on diet-wise? Would love to get some insight!!!
