I am really curious about this whole thing with pineapple. I’ve been struggling with some digestive issues, like bloating and just feeling heavy – like it’s still stuck in there even after I eat. Ugh. I’ve tried everything—ginger, peppermint tea, regular workouts, but nothing seems to work as well as they say pineapple does. I had this really juicy slice the other day, and I felt refreshed for like a minute, but then I wasn’t sure if it really helped or if it was just in my head???
