I am wondering how to manage pcos because I feel like I’ve tried everything! For the last few years, I’ve been dealing with all these symptoms — irregular periods, weird cravings, and feeling super tired all the time. It started slowly, like I just noticed my cycle was all over the place, then I started noticing excess hair growth which really made me feel self-conscious. Tried seeing doctors, did blood tests, they just kept recommending birth control, but it doesn’t really help.
