I too have problems with belly fat and thick thighs, cellulite. What is the best way for me to rid myself. I am 70. I had a good belly til about 60. I've always had thigh issues

You need to take Tablet obenyl 1-1-1 after food with water Drink warm water through out the day Have early dinner consisting of soup salad vegetable and dal Skip one meal either breakfast or lunch Avoid processed fatty fast sugary street foods Visit nearby ayurvedic centre and do udvartan Do pranayam lom -vilom kapalbhatti bhastrika daily for 5-10mins twice Brisk walking atleast 30 mins daily
