how to use sesame oil for hair growth - #36781
I am super frustrated because I’ve been dealing with hair thinning for like the past year and I’m really wanting to learn how to use sesame oil for hair growth. A friend recommended it to me, and I’ve read some things online but honestly not sure where to start. My scalp tends to be dry, and I’ve tried a few different shampoos and conditioners but they don’t seem to help much. Last week, I decided to give sesame oil a go and massaged some into my scalp before bed. I woke up and noticed my hair felt slightly greasy but kinda soft too? I’ve also read that I should warm the oil a bit before using it—does that really make a difference? Also, should I leave it on for a long time or rinse it out shortly after? Another worry is what if I have an adverse reaction? I have sensitive skin, and I’m not sure if it’ll irritate my scalp. I want to be cautious but also really want to know how to use sesame oil for hair growth as I feel like I’ve tried everything. Any tips or personal experiences you guys have? Like how often should I do this, and are there any extra ingredients that could combine well with sesame oil for better results? Thanks!
