I am really struggling with my skincare routine lately. I’ve always had decently clear skin, but recently I’ve been dealing with dryness and a few breakouts, which is super unusual for me. A friend suggested trying natural remedies, and I've heard both aloe vera and coconut oil could help! What I wanna know is, can I use aloe vera and coconut oil on face overnight? I read somewhere that mixing those could be great for moisture, but I'm kinda worried about my skin reactions. Last week, I applied just coconut oil before bed, and although my skin felt soft when I woke up, I ended up with some clogged pores. 🤦‍♀️ I was thinking maybe aloe vera could counteract that or something? Or would using them together be too heavy, since I’ve heard conflicting things. Some say coconut oil is great for dry skin, while others say it causes breakouts like crazy! I guess I’m just looking for some clarity on what really works. Is there a specific way to mix them or apply them? Also, do I need to wash my face in the morning after using them overnight? Ughh, I just wanna get my skin back to normal. Any advice on can I use aloe vera and coconut oil on face overnight would be sooo helpful! Thank you!
