I am really trying to find out if this whole amla juice thing actually works for weight loss. I mean, I’ve read like a million articles about it, and people rave about the benefits, but I’m still skeptical, you know? Last month, I started working out more and eating healthy, but the scale isn’t really budging much. Friend suggested drinking amla juice every morning. For the last two weeks, I’ve been downing this stuff like it's a magic potion, but honestly, I’m not sure it’s doin anything. I feel a bit more energetic, I guess?? But does amla juice help in weight loss really, or am I just wasting my time? I even looked into the nutritional value and it’s packed with vitamin C, so I figured it can’t hurt. I also wonder if there’s a right way to drink it? Like, should I mix it with something or drink it straight? Plus, should this be part of a bigger plan or is it like a miracle worker on its own?
