I am starting to get really worried about something, and I'm hopping on here to see if anyone has insights. Lately, I’ve noticed that my nose keeps bleeding, and, like, it’s not just little spots, it’s sometimes a full-on stream! It started a few weeks back, just randomly, and I thought maybe I was just having a dry spell, but now it feels like it's getting worse. I’ve been drinking water a lot (if that matters), but still! I live in a place where the air is super dry, especially with the heater on all the time. Initially, I figured it was just that, but I have also started to get headaches, and sometimes even some weird pressure around my sinuses, which is so... annoying! I went to the doctor, and they said my blood's fine, which is good, but I still find myself asking, why is my nose bleeding like this?! Has anyone else had something similar? Like, why does this even happen? Should I just ignore it or try something natural? I heard a lot about some herbal remedies that might help with the dryness or whatever else is going on. It’s just kind of scary, you know?! Any advice or tips would be massively appreciated! Thanks!!

4. Quieting Pitta: Reduce excessively spicy, salty and sour foods in your diet, as they are known to aggravate Pitta. Add more sweet, bitter, and astringent foods which naturally cool the body. Foods like cucumber, aloe vera juice, and pomegranates are useful as they pacify Pitta.

5. Sinus pressure: Consider practicing neti, a nasal saline rinse, to gently cleanse nasal passages and alleviate sinus pressures. Make sure to use proper neti pot techniques and distilled or sterilized salty water to avoid irritation.
