I am just trying to figure out if drinking beetroot juice daily is good or bad. I started adding it to my morning routine after reading about all these health benefits. It sounded great, you know? I’ve been trying to stay healthier since last year when I felt so sluggish all the time. Anyway, now I’m downing a glass every day, hoping the energy boost is real.
