Meri age 21 hai or mujhe white discharge ki problem hai washroom jaane ke time per discharge hota hai. Kya karna chahiye.Mere chins per pimples ki problem bhi hamesha rehti hai.

Aapki jo condition hai, usme dhyaan dene ki jarurat hai, kyunki white discharge or pimples dono ke karan aapke sharir me koi dosh aurrog ho sakta hai. Ayurveda ke anusaar, aise lakshan kapha dosha ke vikriti aur aahar-vihar ki ashuddhikaron ka sanket dete hain. Chaliye, inn samasyaon ko ayurvedic drishti se dekhein.

Pehlay, white discharge ke liye, neembolite ka pathar milke uska kaadha use kar sakte hain. Ye ek natural antibiotic ke roop me kaam kar sakta hai. Uska kaadha tayar karne ke liye ek chamach neembolite powder ko ek glass paani me ubalke din me do bar chhan kar aap le sakte hain. Saath hi, apne aahar me Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) ki tablet ek achha samadhan ho sakta hai, jo aap daily 500 mg ek goli le sakte hain. Isse sharir himmat milegi aur metabolism bhi sudhrega.

Pimples ke liye, aapke liye neem aur turmeric ka lep bahut upayogi hoga. Neem ke patte aur haldi ko pis kar le, isse paani ya rose water ke sath mila kar paste banake pimples par lagaye, 15-20 mins daily laga kar paani se dhul le.
