I am really confused and kinda desperate for answers here. A few weeks ago, I started drinking beetroot juice cause I read somewhere it's super healthy, and I've been wanting to improve my energy levels and overall health. I mean, I was feeling pretty sluggish and just kinda blah, you know? Anyway, it’s been like 10 days now, and I was told to expect some benefits soon, but honestly, I haven’t seen any noticeable changes yet. I feel like my energy levels are still dragging, and I'm starting to worry if I'm doing something wrong! I keep wondering, in how many days does beetroot juice show results, like, seriously?? Is 10 days too soon? Or should I be more patient? Sometimes, I hear people say they felt the effects almost instantly, and others say it took weeks. Maybe I didn’t drink enough or the right amount?
