I am super confused about how to eat apple cider vinegar, like, I keep hearing about all these health benefits, but I have no clue where to start! Honestly, I've tried just taking a shot of it and, wow, that did NOT go well. Felt like my throat was on fire, and I think my stomach revolted too… ugh. A friend suggested mixing it with water, but how much do I even use? I’ve tried a few recipes, like the one with honey and lemon, but it’s still hit or miss. Sometimes I feel all bloated after, and other times I can’t even taste it in the drink. I read somewhere that it can help with digestion, but I’m not sure if I'm doing it right. How to eat apple cider vinegar without completely hating the experience? Do you guys have any tips or must-try mixes? Also, what about the timing — like should I take it before meals, or is after okay too? I was drinking it in the morning at first, but it was such a struggle. I just want to make it a part of my routine, something easy and not painful! Help!
