I am really trying to figure out how many mosambi per day I should be eating, but I'm kinda confused. Last week, my doctor suggested adding more fruits to my diet, especially since I’ve been feeling a bit sluggish lately — like my energy just dips after lunch. I thought mosambi, or sweet lime, could be a good option because I love their taste and they don’t seem too heavy like other fruits. I’ve been eating like two or three mosambis a day, but then I started wondering if that’s maybe too much? I did read somewhere that too much citrus can upset your stomach, which would be just my luck since I’m already dealing with some digestive issues. Like, sometimes I feel bloated after eating, and I just don’t know if the mosambi are helping or making it worse. They taste good, but how many mosambi per day is actually considered healthy? Really want to make sure I'm not overdoing it, you know? It’s frustrating trying to balance these diet changes while keeping my overall health in check.
