When dealing with metabolism imbalance alongside weak kidneys and spleen, Ayurveda seeks to balance the doshas, particularly Vata and Pitta, as these could influence your condition. For metabolism issues, focusing on strengthening your Agni, or digestive fire is crucial. Begin by incorporating warm, easily digestible foods into your diet like cooked vegetables and soups. Steer clear of raw, heavy-to-digest foods which can overwhelm your system.

Consider eating small, frequent meals to keep your digestion steady. Include spices such as cumin, fennel, and ginger, these help stimulate digestion. For your kidney health, foods like pumpkin and layers of oats are gentle and nourishing. It’s advisable to avoid excess salts or heavy proteins as they can strain the kidneys further. Moderation in dairy can be beneficial but ensure it suits your body type.

Your spleen pairs closely with digestion as well; favor bitter greens like kale and dandelion, they support a sluggish spleen. Introduce lentils and mung beans into your meals, avoid processed foods - they’re harsh on your system.

Hydration is vital; aim for lukewarm water, avoid chilled or cold drinks. Herbal teas such as tulsi or dandelion are supportive for both spleen and kidneys. Creating a consistent daily routine, having meals doses at approx same times, sleeping and rising early, can harmonize your metabolism, aiding the body in efficient nutrient absorption.

Incorporate light exercises like yoga and pranayama to support kidney and spleen function and to regulate metabolic rate gently. Should your condition persist or worsen, consulting with a healthcare professional or a trained Ayurvedic practitioner for more personalized treatment plan may be necessary.

You have to remember that patience and consistency are key in Ayurveda, changes are gradual yet profound. Addressing the underlying root of imbalances is the way to optimum health.

Addressing metabolism imbalance, particularly with a tendency toward a thin body, and considering the involvement of weak spleen and kidneys, requires a thoughtful approach through Siddha-Ayurvedic principles. Your situation suggests a possible vata-pitta imbalance, impacting your agni (digestive fire) and dhatus (tissue systems).

First, to support your metabolism and address tissue nourishment, focus on enhancing your digestive agni. Include warming and nourishing foods like ghee, sesame oil, and warming spices such as ginger, cinnamon, and cumin in your diet. These help to balance vata and kindles agni without aggravating pitta.

For your weak spleen and kidneys, consume foods that strengthen these organs. Vegetables like gourds, squash, and root vegetables can be helpful. Cooked barley and lentils can be included, as they provide gentle nourishment. Avoid raw foods and cold meals, as these can weaken the spleen further.

Hydration is crucial but avoid excessive water intake, particularly cold beverages, which may dampen digestive fire. Instead, consume warm water or herbal teas such as tulsi or fennel that support digestion and kidney function.

Regularly practice yoga and pranayama to balance your doshas and improve energy flow in your nadis. Specific postures like Padmasana (Lotus Pose) aid in strengthening the kidneys and enhancing circulation.

While these measures are supportive, it’s essential to monitor your response and consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized formulations and therapies. If symptoms persist or worsen, seeking further medical evaluation might be necessary to rule out any serious conditions. Adjust these modifications gradually, closely observing your body’s responses.
