I am really curious about something. A couple of weeks ago, my grandma made this massive batch of lemon pickle and she swears by it! She always says, "is lemon pickle good for health?" like, she just thinks it’s the best thing since sliced bread. Anyway, I've been eating a bit of it with my meals, and I don't know... sometimes it feels a bit too tangy for me? One of my friends told me that it's packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. That made me wonder, because I sometimes feel a little bloated after eating it. Like, is that normal?? I also read online that lemon pickle can aid digestion, but I’m not sure if my body is reacting well to it. Could it be too much salt? I’m not a doctor or anything, just trying to figure out what's going on with my tummy. I also heard conflicting stuff about how it might be good for heart health or even boosting immunity, but I could use some clarity. Like, overall, is lemon pickle good for health?
