I am really curious about something. A couple of weeks ago, my grandma made this massive batch of lemon pickle and she swears by it! She always says, "is lemon pickle good for health?" like, she just thinks it’s the best thing since sliced bread. Anyway, I've been eating a bit of it with my meals, and I don't know... sometimes it feels a bit too tangy for me? One of my friends told me that it's packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. I also read online that lemon pickle can aid digestion, but I’m not sure if my body is reacting well to it. Could it be too much salt?
