I am really confused and could use some help from all the Ayurvedic experts here. Recently, I read about karela juice and its benefits for weight loss. I've been trying to shed a few pounds before summer, just like everybody else, right? 🙄 But I've got no clue about how much karela juice to drink everyday for weight loss. I mean, I want to do it right! Last week, I decided to give karela juice a shot. The first time was rough; that bitter taste is no joke! But I managed to gulp it down. Since then, I've been drinking it almost every other day and I'm trying to stick to a routine, yet I am unsure if I’m overdoing it or not drinking enough. A friend told me that she drinks it every morning on an empty stomach, but I'm not even sure if there's a specific amount I should aim for. Can someone share how much karela juice to drink everyday for weight loss? Also, what’s the best time to drink it? Should I mix it with something to make it less bitter? And I read somewhere that drinking too much might not be good either, so I’m worried I might mess it up. Please help! Thank you!
