I am super worried about these dark circles under my eyes! They just suddenly appeared outta nowhere like a few weeks ago, and I'm freaking out a bit. I mean, I've always had some slight shadows, but these are like... really noticeable. I work long hours at a desk and on top of that, maybe I don't get enough sleep? Last week, I pulled an all-nighter for a project and I swear that's when they got worse. It's like no amount of concealer can hide them anymore! I’ve tried a couple of things, like cucumber slices and eye cream, but nothing seems to work. Ugh, I hate looking tired all the time. I read somewhere online that there are ways in Ayurveda to deal with dark circles too, which got me wondering – how to remove dark circles under eye naturally? Should I be focusing on my diet or is it more about some herbal remedies? What about oil massages or like, specific herbs? Do you guys have any tips or experiences to share? I really hope there’s something I can do—like I don’t want to live with this tired look forever, ya know? Any advice would mean the world!
