I am really confused about my diet lately! I’ve been trying to put on some weight because I feel underweight and my friends even joke that I might blow away in the wind! Last week, my mom suggested I try adding more protein into my meals. She talked about how does soya chunks help in weight gain and I was like, hmm, that’s interesting. I’ve seen these little things in the store but never really tried them. I read somewhere that they're packed with protein and can be a great meat substitute for someone like me who's not into eating a ton of chicken or beef. But now I'm wondering, how exactly does soya chunks help in weight gain? I mean, I know protein is great for building muscles and stuff but will adding these to my meals significantly change anything? My current diet is mostly carbs like rice and bread with occasional veggies but not much protein. Sometimes I feel really tired and wonder if I’m lacking in something.
