I am kinda worried about my diet lately. Last month, I started drinking sugarcane juice regularly. I read somewhere that it’s really good for energy and hydration, but I can’t help but wonder, will sugarcane juice increase weight? I’ve always struggled with maintaining my weight and I can feel my jeans getting tighter! 😩 I used to be super active, going to the gym like 4 times a week, but ever since summer started, I got lazy and just kinda chill at home, plus I switched from water to sugarcane juice as my go-to drink. It tastes awesome, honestly, but now I’m freaking out about those extra calories. Like, it’s not just sugar, right? I never really paid attention to how much I was drinking until my friend told me to be careful with it. Also, I've noticed sometimes my energy dips after having it, which is weird since it should give me a boost?? Like, will sugarcane juice increase weight if I keep drinking it everyday? Should I cut back or just go back to plain ol’ water? Any advice would be amazing!
