I am trying to figure out which oil is good for body massage after delivery. I recently had my baby, and, honestly, the whole experience has been overwhelming — my body feels so different, and not in the greatest way. I've been reading about the importance of massages postpartum and how they can help with healing and relaxation, but I’m really confused about the oil part! Like, I heard coconut oil is great, but then someone said sesame oil is better? I tried some almond oil, and it was okay, but I still feel sore everywhere, you know? I’m also worried about sensitive skin since I had a C-section, and I don’t want to irritate anything, especially after dealing with all those other postpartum changes. Which oil is good for body massage after delivery? Should it be warm? Are there any specific benefits to one kind of oil over another? I just want to find something soothing that could help me recover and maybe make me feel a bit more like my old self again. Any advice from you guys would be super helpful! Thank you!
