I am really confused about something and hope someone can help me out. I’m pregnant, and during my check-ups, my doctor mentioned something about diet changes, which got me thinking about curd. I’ve always liked eating it, especially with rice, it’s like my go-to meal, but now I’m not sure if can we eat curd in pregnancy safely. I read some things online that say it's really nutritious, full of probiotics, which should be good, but then there were other sources that seemed a bit iffy and warned against it??? Like, a few days ago, I started feeling some weird tummy troubles, which made me wonder if curd could be a problem. I also have heard it can be cooling for the body, which seems good? Sometimes, my mom tells me stories about when she was pregnant, and she had curd almost every day. Didn't do her any harm! But now I’m thinking, are there any risks? I really don’t wanna mess this up. Can we eat curd in pregnancy daily? Or maybe just sometimes? Would it be better to stick to certain types of curd or is all good? Feeling kinda lost here! Any advice from experienced folks would be amazing!
