For managing uterine prolapse through Ayurvedic practices, particularly with the use of yoni pichu, understanding the practical steps is key. In your situation, since you’re already using yoni pichu, it’s essential to apply it correctly to get the desired benefit. Typically, yoni pichu is a tampon or soft sterile cotton cloth soaked in medicated oil or ghee, designed specifically for vaginal application. The goal is to support and nourish the pelvic region.

When you insert the yoni pichu, ensure it’s thoroughly soaked in the chosen medicated oil — draksha taila or bala taila are often recommended for their tonifying properties. Insert it gently, ensuring that it sits comfortably against the cervix and does not irritate you during movement or sitting. The oil may help to lubricate and relax the tissues, potentially supporting the natural positioning of the uterus.

It’s important to let it stay in place for 30 to 45 minutes, then remove it gently. Then, rest lying down for a while after this practice, promoting circulation and allowing the oils to do their work. The positioning challenge you’re encountering — with the prolapse receding when you don’t apply it — might be linked to how the oil affects tissue relaxation and lubrication.

Alongside yoni pichu, strengthening exercises focusing on the pelvic floor can be beneficial. Regularly practice ashvini mudra or mula bandha. These involve controlled contractions of pelvic muscles, aiming to tone them and offer longer-term support.

Always ensure that your yoni pichu materials are clean and hygienic, to prevent infections. Pairing this regimen with a diet supportive of kapha, to aid in tissue strengthening, may be beneficial: include warm, cooked meals, with nourishing spices like ginger, which aids digestion. If things persist or discomfort arises, consult with a healthcare provider experienced in prolapse management.

For managing uterine prolapse with yoni pichu in Siddha-Ayurvedic medicine, you should first ensure that the procedure is being carried out properly to get intended benefits. The yoni pichu technique involves soaking a sterile cotton or gauze piece in medicated oil and inserting it into the vaginal canal where it can support the pelvic floor and provide healing properties to the area.

When placing the yoni pichu, it should be positioned gently inside the vagina just so it comfortably rests and covers the cervix. It should not cause discomfort or be forced deep inside. Based on your description, it seems the yoni pichu might be dislodging in position. Using an herbal oil such as ksheerabala or nalpamaradi thailam might help - these oils are known for their vata-pacifying properties, which might balance the vata dosha involved in prolapsing tissues.

You may apply the yoni pichu daily, ideally at night when you can lie down and rest. Before application, gently clean the area with warm water. Once in place, lie down on your back for a while to let the oil absorb properly. This regular routine can provide a stabilizing effect. It’s critical to also work on strengthening pelvic floor muscles with exercises like moola bandha (root lock).

If any discomfort, irritation, or infection arises, you should stop the procedure and contact a qualified practitioner immediately. This treatment should complement practices like yoga and dietary adjustments which support overall strengthening of the dhatus and balance the doshas. Always remember to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure this approach is suitable and safe for your current condition.
