I am struggling with some kidney issues lately. About three months ago, I started feeling this constant pain around my lower back and sides. Went to the doctor and they said it could be my kidneys, especially with all the tests showing some elevated levels. They suggested some lifestyle changes, but I'm also curious about alternative therapies or natural remedies. I heard a little about Ayurvedic medicine and its benefits, but does ayurvedic medicine affect kidney function? Like, I don’t know if they have specific herbs for kidney health or something?
