I am really stuck on figuring out how much amla juice to drink daily. Last month, I started feeling super fatigued, and after a bunch of tests, my doctor said my vitamin C levels were low. My aunt mentioned amla juice as a great natural source and suggested combining it with my green smoothies. I thought, cool, sounds healthy, right? But then I started drinking it and now I’m like, okay, how much am I even supposed to have? I’ve been trying to keep it to a couple of ounces a day, but sometimes I feel like I might be overdoing it, like am I gonna get sick from it or something? I read somewhere that too much vitamin C can cause stomach issues, right?
