I am really struggling with this ongoing health issue and have been doing research on natural remedies. Like, for the past few months I’ve been dealing with constant fatigue and a lot of digestive trouble, it’s like I'm just dragging myself through the day. Went to a couple of doctors, got some tests done, but they just gave me some pills that didn’t seem to help much. Frustrating, right? A friend mentioned that are ayurvedic medicines effective for similar issues. I am honestly curious about this. I mean, I’ve heard so much about Ayurveda and how it focuses on balancing the body and mind. I've tried some herbal teas and stuff that I found online, but I don’t really know if they do anything.
