I am trying to figure out if ashokarishta is good for irregular periods. Last month, my cycle was super late, and this month, I had to deal with really heavy bleeding that lasted way longer than usual. It's been kinda frustrating, to be honest! I’ve read a bit about ashokarishta, and some say it's supposed to be really effective, but I’m not totally sure if it’ll help me specifically. I mean, I also get these weird cramps that come out of nowhere, and the bloating is just terrible!
