I am really struggling with my periods lately. They are totally all over the place, sometimes coming every few weeks and other times it's like two months go by! Called the doctor and they just suggested the pill, but I feel like I wanna try something more natural before going down that route. A friend mentioned Ayurveda and said it might help with irregular periods, but I have no clue which medicine is best for irregular periods. I’ve been feeling a bit anxious about it, to be honest. I’m 28 and trying to understand if it’s a hormonal imbalance or maybe stress playing a role. I work a pretty demanding job and honestly don’t take the best care of myself. I've tried to eat better, but you know how it goes, right? One day, I’m super healthy, and then I’m scarfing down pizza the next haha. I also read somewhere that certain herbs can help with these things but, like, which medicine is best for irregular periods? Should I be looking for something specific? Should I combine it with anything to make it work better? Really just trying to get some insight here before I consider other options. Can't help but feel a little overwhelmed, any advice?
