Ashwagandha aur Shatavari ko Ayurveda me aksar hormonal balance ke liye beneficial mana jata hai, lekin har vyakti ka sharir alag hota hai aur inn herbs ka prabhav bhi vibhinn ho sakta hai. Ye herbs, apke doshas aur prakriti ke saath mil ke kaam karte hain. Ashwagandha ko generally vata aur kapha dosha santulit karne ke liye use kiya jata hai, jabki Shatavari pita aur vata ko santulit kar sakti hai. Agar inhe bina kisi Ayurvedic physician ke salah ke liya jaye, to kuch adverse effects ho sakte hain.
