I am feeling pretty overwhelmed with my recent diagnosis of PCOS. I’ve been doing a ton of research and came across this idea that maybe I can treat or manage my symptoms naturally, but I’m stuck at this question: is shatavari good for PCOS? I've heard a lot of buzz around shatavari but honestly, I don't really know what the deal is. My periods are all over the place, sometimes I feel super hormonal and moody, and I struggle with weight gain, which is a total bummer. I mean, I’m trying to eat healthy and exercise, but the hormonal swings are kicking my butt.
