I am really struggling with hair loss lately and honestly, it's stressing me out. My hair has always been my thing, ya know? But after some lifestyle changes, I've noticed it's thinning a lot. Someone mentioned amla juice as a potential remedy, but I have no clue how to use amla juice for hair growth. I mean, does it really work? I tried a couple of over-the-counter products that didn’t do much, and they had all sorts of chemicals that just didn’t feel right. I’ve read about amla juice and its benefits, but like, do I drink it? Or should I apply it directly to my scalp? I saw a video that said mixing it with coconut oil could be good too, but is that legit? How often should I do this? I've already got a pretty busy schedule, so I need something not too time-consuming. Also, if I start using this amla juice for hair growth, how long will it actually take to see results? I'm hoping for something that gives me a bit of hope, maybe some faster than waiting months or whatever? Any personal stories or tips would be super helpful! Thank you!
