I am really struggling with my skin right now. For a few months, I’ve had this ongoing battle with pimples, and of course, they're leaving dark spots behind that are super frustrating. I don’t know if it's the stress from my job or just my diet, but I can see them popping up more and more. I heard that honey is great for skin issues, but I have no clue how to use honey for pimples and dark spots effectively. I tried using honey straight on my pimples at first, thinking that might work. Sometimes it feels sticky and honestly a bit messy, but I really want to see some results! I’ve read a lot, but it’s a bit overwhelming, like should I mix it with lemon or something? Doesn’t lemon make skin light sensitive? And then, what about leaving it on overnight? Is that safe? I’m really worried about making things worse since my skin is quite sensitive anyway and I don’t want any more irritation. Also, how often should I apply honey? Like daily or every few days? It feels like a lot, and I’m not sure where to start. Any advice on how to use honey for pimples and dark spots would really help me out!!! Thanks in advance!
