Struggling with Sleep, Weight Gain, and Mood Swings - #44577

Couldn't sleep in night weight is gaining mainly stomach.. low periods this month.. vaginal dryness,no mood to makeout and don't get orgasm without masterbation. Mood swings dont like to do anything or talk to anyone just watch movies then get headache from left side very much frustrated age is 39

Dear Friend Don’t panic Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Brahmi 1-0-1 Tab.Arogyavardhini 2-0-2 Tab.Shatavari 2-0-2 Use boiled water for drinking.
