Vaginal discharge or leakage can be due to various causes, and understanding the underlying issue is crucial for effective treatment. Since you’ve visited several doctors without resolution, perhaps exploring Ayurveda could offer some insight. In Ayurvedic terms, this issue can be linked to an imbalance in your doshas, specifically Kapha dosha, which is associated with mucus production and fluid retention in the body.

Diet: Consider adopting a Kapha-pacifying diet. This involves reducing heavy, oily, and sugary foods. Favor lighter grains like quinoa and barley, and focus on warming spices like ginger, black pepper, and cardamom, which can help dry up excess mucus. Reduce dairy intake as it may increase Kapha accumulation.

Herbs: Use Triphala to help balance the body. Take 1 teaspoon before bed with warm water, as this can aid in detoxification and maintaining digestive health, which is pivotal in Ayurveda. Another beneficial herb is Ashoka, which helps in managing excessive discharge. Use it as per instructions on its packaging.

Lifestyle: Engage in regular exercise — brisk walking or yoga each day to improve circulation and balance the doshas. Ensure proper hydration but refrain from drinking excessively cold water as it might exacerbate Kapha.

Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene. Use natural cotton undergarments to allow proper ventilation and prevent moisture accumulation. Avoid synthetic or tight clothing.

If these steps do not lead to an improvement, Ayurvedic consultation might give more personalized advice. It’s critical to address persistent or worsening symptoms with a healthcare professional, as they could suggest an underlying condition needing medical attention.
