my age is 35 in past i have tb in my fallopian tube my menses is stop and I'm suffering from asherman syndrome 4 grade my endometrial lining is very thin in past i had 2 hysteroscopy with prp no results in my endometrial lining what i will do for cure? i was trying to conceive please guide me Please suggest me ayurvedic medicine for this

Given your history of Asherman syndrome and the challenges with the endometrial lining, Ayurveda can provide complementary support, but it’s essential to coordinate with your healthcare provider for integrative care. Your condition involves complex internal factors that require a comprehensive Ayurvedic approach focusing on balancing the doshas, enhancing agni, and nourishing the dhatus, especially the rasa (plasma) and rakta (blood).

Firstly, try introducing Ashwagandha and Shatavari. Ashwagandha can support hormonal balance and reduce stress, while Shatavari is known for its uterine toning properties. You could prepare a herbal decoction with these herbs. Boil 1 tsp of Shatavari and half tsp of Ashwagandha in two cups of water until it reduces to half. Take this once daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

Diet is crucial. Incorporate foods that are nourishing and supportive of Vata balance, such as warm, cooked meals with ghee, sesame oil, and spices like cumin. Avoid cold, raw foods that can aggravate Vata. Turmeric is beneficial for its anti-inflammatory properties; you can add it to your meals or prepare golden milk (turmeric milk) with a pinch of black pepper for better absorption.

In terms of lifestyle, incorporate Abhyanga, or self-massage with warm sesame oil, a few times a week to promote circulation and relaxation. Also, practice gentle yoga postures that enhance pelvic circulation, such as Bhujangasana (Cobra pose) and Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose), on a routine basis.

Panchakarma therapy, particularly Virechana (therapeutic purgation), can be considered under the guidance of an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner. It helps detoxify the body, balancing the doshas and clearing physical and emotional obstructions that might contribute to your condition.

Ayurveda works best as a supportive approach, often alongside conventional treatments. Monitor progress regularly and adapt the regimen under professional guidance.
