Shighrapatan ke liye, Ayurvedic drishti se samasya ko dosha imbalance se joda ja sakta hai, jismein vata aur pitta ka prabhav ho sakta hai. Thyroid ki bimari bhi is par asar daal sakti hai, isliye dono ko dhyan mein rakh kar upchar karna zaroori hai.
Aaharvichar: Apne aahar mein tridosha shamak bhojan ko shamil karein. Phal, hari sabziyan aur high fiber wale padarth khaane mein shamil karein. Khaane mein til aur unka tel bhi shamil karein, yeh vata aur pitta ko shaant karte hain.
Aushadhi Prayog: Ashwagandha aur Shatavari ek chamatkari yog hai jo kayi prakar ke hormonal aur shighrapatan ki samasyaon mein sahayak ho sakta hai. Pratidin 1-2 gram ashwagandha chooran ko doodh ke saath lein. Iske saath shatavari aahar-vihaar mein apne jeevan ka hissa banayein.
Yog Aur Pranayam: Nitya yog aur pranayam ki kriya shighrapatan par niyantran karne mein upayogi ho sakti hain. Vajrasana aur garudasana postures ise sudhar sakti hain. Anuloma-viloma pranayam se bhi laabh ho sakta hai.
Herbal Preparation: Brihad Vata Chintamani rasa jise ek Ayurvedic practitioner ke nirdesh mein prapt kiya ja sakta hai, upayogi ho sakti hai.
Lifestyle Sudhar: Samay par sona, jald jagna aur kama ke liye, dhyan lagana jaroori hai. Ghadi bhar dhyaan lagane se bhi din ke stress ko kam karne mein madad milti hai.
Fire Stoking Remedies: Vata aur pitta ko shaant karne ke liye ghee aur shilajit ka sevaan bhi upayogi hota hai, inka sahi matra mein prayog hamesha expert ke nirdeshan mein karna chahiye.
