Apka isse khali pet lena, sahi hai kyunki Giloy ki upta sheeghra hoti hai agar khali pet liya jaye. Lekin, satva ko sitopaladi churna aur honey ke sath lena, woh bhi badiya idea hai, kyunki ise kapha dosha aur vata dosha dono pe labh milta hai.
