Medicines 1 Chitrakadi Vati: 1 tablet twice daily before food 2 Narasimha Rasayana: 1/2 teaspoon mixed with warm milk/water twice daily after food 3 Kanchanara Guggulu: 1 tablet twice daily with warm water 4 Chandraprabha Vati: 1 tablet twice daily

External Therapy Hair: Apply Neelibringadi Thailam or Bhringraj Oil to the scalp 30 minutes before bathing. Face (For Spots & Facial Hair): Apply a paste of Wild Turmeric (Kasturi Manjal) and Green Gram Powder daily. Leave for 15 minutes and wash. Body: Daily self-massage with Ksheerabala Thailam to relieve tiredness and dry skin.

Dietary Advice To Improve Appetite: Drink warm water boiled with Dry Ginger (Shunthi) throughout the day. Nourishing Diet: Since you are underweight, include Ghee, Milk, Dates, Almonds, and Mutton Soup (if non-veg) in your diet. Vegetables: Eat fiber-rich vegetables but ensure they are well-cooked with spices like Cumin and Pepper to aid digestion. Start with Divya Thyrogrit 2-0-2 after food with water Chyavanprash 2tsp once daily before breakfast with water., will improve your immunity and strength, improve weight gain digestion, and hunger. also will balance the vitamin and mineral in your body. For Hair fall apply Neelibhringadi Hair oil on scalp twice weekly keep overnight and morning wash with herbal anti hairfall shampoo. For improving skin problems Start with Mahamanjistadi kadha 15 ml twice daily after food with water, will help as blood purifier Mix besan flour+ curds+ raktachandan powder+ haldi , apply on face, keep for 10 minutes and rub in circular movement and wash with clean water, do this twice weekly Apply aloevera gel on face at night before bedtime. Avoid direct Sun rays exposure use hat or use umbrella or scarf when going out during the day. Drink adequate amount of water.
