meri age 29 yrs hain mujhe sinus nasal problems h meri naak me sujan hojati hain or mucus banta hain muje khane me bhi dikkate aati hain please help

Sinus aur nasal issues ke liye Ayurveda mein kuch prurano se upaaye hain jo aapke liye madadgar ho sakte hain. Aap jo symptoms bata rahe hain, uske liye main aapko kuch practical aur detailed solutions de raha hoon:

Sabse pehle, nasya karma ka pryoog karein. Yeh ek prakriya hai jismein naak mein thoda tel dala jaata hai. Aap Anu Tel ka ek ya do boond har subah apne naak mein daal sakte hain. Yeh tel vata aur kapha dosha ko santulit karta hai aur congestion ko kam karne mein madad karta hai.

Apne aahar mein bhi thoda badlaav laayen. Thandi aur dairy products se dour rahen kyunki yeh kapha ko badhate hain. Garam sukhaye huye masale jaise saunth, kali mirch aur long add karke garam paani se halke ghoont lete rahein. Yeh kapha ke sangrah ko patla karta hai aur sujan ko kam karne mein madadgar hoga.

Aap apne agni ko majboot banane ke liye triphala churun ka raat ko sone se pehle paani ke sath le sakte hain. Yeh digestive fire ko behatar karta hai aur malasanjaksrit ko keh baahar nikalne mein sahayak hota hai.

Neti pot ka istemal bhi behtarrin rehti hai jisse nasal passage clean hota hai. Iske liye ek saheel agar imate hain to upyog karein. Neti bruk hote hue garma garam sa melt pans chide aur phir chilayee. Prakarti ke hisaab se aise asan aasan yog kriya krein jo naal geyal dayal rahe nihayen. Agar pareshani thodi zyada ho, to ayurveda physician ko consult zaroor karein. Samay par ilaj karna zaroori hai.

Regular steam inhalation can also be beneficial. Add a few drops of eucalyptus or peppermint oil to a bowl of hot water and gently inhale the steam. This may help to open up your nasal passages and relieve sinus pressure. Doing this once or twice daily might provide some relief.

Consider practicing Jal Neti, a nasal cleansing technique using a saline solution. It can help clear your nasal passages. However, it’s essential to learn this technique from someone experienced to avoid potential risks.
