Considering your symptoms, it seems that joint pain and stiffness are affecting multiple areas. In Ayurveda, such symptoms often relate to the Vata dosha imbalance. Vata governs movement and flow in the body and when it’s out of balance, it can cause dryness, stiffness, and pain in the joints.

To assess your condition, pay close attention to when the symptoms are more prominent — wether they are worse in the mornings, evenings, or during specific activities. Try to identify any dietary patterns or lifestyle factors that might aggravate your symptoms.

Start by implementing a Vata-pacifying lifestyle and diet. This means keeping yourself warm and avoiding cold foods and environments. Focus on eating warm, cooked, and oily foods to counteract the dryness. Good choices include root vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots, and beets. They should be well-cooked with warming spices like ginger, cumin, and turmeric, which help reduce inflammation and support digestion. Ghee (clarified butter), sesame oil, and olive oil can be beneficial.

Avoid cold or raw foods, caffeine, and dry foods, which could worsen Vata imbalance. Regularity in your daily routine—like waking up, meals, and sleeping at the same time—can also help to balance Vata.

Since joint discomfort is significant, you might consider including an Ayurvedic detox regimen under supervision of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Techniques such as Abhyanga (self-oil massage) using warmed sesame oil can provide relief and improve circulation.

Consulting an Ayurvedic doctor for personalized treatment can be beneficial. Panchakarma therapies or Rasayana (rejuvenative treatments) might be beneficial, but these require a thorough understanding of your individual constitution and health condition. If the pain is sharp, sudden, or debilitating, or if it worsens, it will be wise to get immediate medical attention, as joint problems can sometimes require prompt intervention to prevent further damage.

During midnight…the pain is severe and sudden which freeze and restrict my movements and unable to sleep during that time.

When experiencing difficulty bending and joint pain all over, we should first look through the lens of dosha imbalance. Your symptoms may indicate a Vata imbalance, as Vata governs movement and when aggravated can cause joint pain, stiffness, and restrict mobility. Also considering Pitta if inflammation is present, this requires an assessment as well. An imbalance here can manifest as inflammation and heightened pain.

You might want to start by taking stock of your daily routine, focusing on foods, and bodily rhythms. Ensure your diet is warm, lightly spiced, and moistening—favoring foods like warm soups, cooked grains, and root vegetables, which are grounding for Vata. Avoid foods that are cold, dry, or raw, as these can aggravate Vata further.

Incorporate some gentle oil massages using warm sesame oil which can help in alleviating the stiffness. Daily application, especially before the bath, may ease joint pain and enhance mobility. Practicing simple yoga postures, focusing on gentle movements, can increase flexibility; however, never push into painful positions.

Herbal support can include ashwagandha and guggul. Ashwagandha, for its strength-giving and Vata-reducing properties, and guggul to aid metabolism and inflammation. Nonetheless, it’s crucial to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner before integrating these into your regime.

Additionally, since this could potentially be serious and might be impacting your daily life, it’s vital to get a comprehensive evaluation from an accredited healthcare provider. If your symptoms align with autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, timely intervention is essential, as delaying could lead to complications. Understanding your prakriti with an expert can help in tailoring a precise remedy and ensuring safe practices.
