Hello Deepashri
Your delay in conceiving is mainly due to thyroid imbalance and disturbed menstrual cycle Because of this ovulation is either week or happening too early, so implantation is not taking place properly First, the hormones and cycle need to be corrected, otherwise, pregnancy will keep getting delayed
You should start taking Kanchanar guggulu one tablet twice daily after food with warm water Asoka aristha 4 teaspoon with equal amount of water twice daily after meals Shatavari churna 1 teaspoon with warm milk at morning Brahmi vati one tablet at bedtime can be taken if there is stress or anxiety Phalagritha 1 teaspoon with warm water at morning Follow this regularly for at least three months along with proper sleep home food and avoid excess tea, coffee and junk food Practice, pranayama, meditation, and walking at least 30 minutes daily
Okay thankyou so much ma’am I am so much grateful for your help
Welcome
Experiencing an inconsistency in menstrual cycle and dealing with thyroid issues can be challenging, especially when trying to conceive. In Ayurveda, thyroid disturbances are often linked to imbalances in Vata and Kapha doshas, which can affect your menstrual cycle and fertility.
First, addressing thyroid health is crucial. Incorporate foods rich in iodine and selenium, like sea vegetables, nuts and seeds, into your diet to support thyroid function. Ginger tea might also help stimulate thyroid activity—drink a cup daily. Avoid raw cruciferous vegetables, as they may inhibit thyroid function.
For the menstrual cycle, a regular routine and balanced lifestyle is key. Try to establish a consistent daily schedule, prioritizing sleep and stress management. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are two potent herbs that may support hormonal balance and reproductive health. You can take 1/2 teaspoon of Shatavari powder in warm milk every morning on an empty stomach. Consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for precise dosage.
Agnisara Kriya and Yoga practices like Surya Namaskar, might help in regulating hormonal levels, improving circulation and aiding the reproductive organs. Practice these gently, 5-6 days a week in the mornings.
Ensure that Agni, or digestive fire, is strong. Drinking warm water throughout the day can help enhance digestion, and including cumin, fenugreek and turmeric in meals will preserve digestive balance. Avoid processed foods, excessive caffeine, and sugar.
It’s important to mention that ongoing issues with menstrual irregularity and thyroid should be concurrently managed with your allopathic doctor. They would be best placed to adjust your medications or explore more options for your reproductive health. Remember that Ayurveda complements but does not replace modern medicine.
