Seeking Help for Premenopausal Symptoms and Irregular Periods - #46287

Hi to all doctors and thank you for the great service you provide may great things come back to you all in abundance..im 45 years old premenapausal symptoms for many years but delayed period can go upto 50 days or 45 days..I take alot of supplements no HRT for it as im a holistic therapist myself but need suggestions please as it effects my gut metabolism and with the hormonal drop the ladies private area aches quite alot like a urine infection when the period is coming if doesnt come it continues to ache as well as bad body pains and bloated stomach due to ibs fibromalgiya I would appreciate advice please to help regular period hot flushes and symptoms many thanks again
