Hello can I get some to cure my pcod and improve hair and gut healthget remain bloated and dizzy aftermeal also my hair keeps falling everywhere and Although i sleep late at nightand late nightmeals but it not regular.I am workingon my sleep schedule but stillcan't see any improvemet moreover got stretchmarks on bellyarea which are red now please help me to improvethere appearancei am 23 year old female

Regular exercise and meditation.
Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits.
