Irregular Menstrual Cycles and Hormonal Imbalance - #46724

Only this year , I started having longer menstrual cycles. When I got a full body check up, my tsh was 9 5. After taking 25 mg Eltroxin for 3 months my cycle was regular with not very severe pms. I was still experiencing inflammation in shoulder and neck during pms, so i tried coconut water, watermelon everyday for 10 days and then took only 1 tablet of shatavari and 1 tablet of neem for my acne issue I missed my periods last month after this and no signs this month also. I definitely feel inflammation has reduced or gone away but missing periods for 2 months has never happened to me earlier. I got my hormones checked 2 days ago as my periods were due this month.
