Advice on Managing Irregular Menstrual Cycles and Uterine Fibroids - #46812

I am 39 years female having low players and uterine fibroid (size 2mm) issue. Since last 4 years after having fibroid menstural cycle had been very irregular mostly spotting started 4-5 days after cycle ends. I am already taking ayurvedic medicines for low platelets like giloy, ashwagandha, punarnava mandur, gandhak rasayan,, kaharava pishti and grape seeds extracts. 2 months back I wss prescribed ashokrisht 5ml and last month drakshasav 5 ml twice a day because of spotting or early periods cycle.Now it's been 2 months and I'm not having my periods. Shall I stop both ashokrisht and drakshasav? Or just ashokrisht till periods comes and then I resume from 4th day of periods? Kindly suggest.
