My daughter is 20 years old has pcos, since 5 years.her right ovary is 4.4×2.1×4.0cm, volume 15cc and left ovary is 3.9×2.3×4.1cm, volume 16cc. The report has statement - ovaries sjow peripherally arranged follicles with central echnogenic stroma.can she take ashwagandha,shatavari and kanchanar guggul.kindly let me know.
